Part of our job is to keep clients & actors comfortable and happy. Proper coffee is available in the studios - plus fresh fruit and scrumptious biscuits. Tea - choose from around twenty varieties/flavours - is available on demand. Meals can be fetched from the many local restaurants and sandwich bars - and will be included on your invoice at cost price. Taxis can be pre-booked as required. Our rates are realistic and fair. But to keep them that way, and to efficiently manage the large number of sessions every day, we have to charge for time confirmed plus any over-runs used. Unused but confirmed time will be charged. If you need advice, please ask to talk to any engineer. Cancellations - normally 50% if confirmed bookings are cancelled within 48 hours of the booking, and 100% within 24 hrs. This may all seem harsh, but otherwise we'd have to add 50% to our hourly rates!
