Being based in an old Victorian school, some of our studio spaces can be pretty quirky.

Studio Seven is our smallest studio - bijou indeed - though we have seen much smaller voice booths around! It's very fine for a single voice or ISDN link-up - unattended; produced/directed via by Skype or normal Phone patch; or with a single producer/director attending. Voice quality is excellent of course. The voice booth adjoins the control room - visual communication is via two-way cams which can be routed to Skype video. The studio is on the Ground Floor behind our "TV" Studio. Studio Engineer: Will Tidman Will graduated from DeMontfort University with a BSc in Audio and Recording Technology. He briefly worked as a hoddie before becoming a runner here at The Sound Company. With a flair for recording and a keen eye for detail, Will soon moved up through the ranks to become a Sound Engineer based in Studio 7. |
